   On October 7th, 2010, at the PTT Gas station, Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway (Outbound), Dr. Wannarat Channukul, Minister of Energy, presided over an opening of car-engine checking and saving energy project called “PTT ENGINE TUNE UP 2010” together with Mr. Prasert Bunsampun, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Public Company Limited. This is one of the project of the Ministry of Energy called “63 Million Thais Help Reduce Global Warming for Our King” in campaigning to boost people’s conscious about energy saving and reduce effect causes the global warming. The service provides 27 car-engine-items free checking at 50 PTT gas stations all over the country during 8th-17th October 2010 and at other 100 participated ProCheck stations throughout the year. 83,000 cars are expected to join the service which could save energy equal to 6 million liters of fuel oil used yearly and lesse
